PBR - Pipeline & Automation

Conceptualized and implemented a comprehensive PBR asset pipeline across assets and scene templates, supported by centralized material and shader libraries. Established a live-link workflow between 3ds Max and Substance Painter using Bridge for seamless asset interoperability, ensuring consistent texture set management, correct channel packing, and physically accurate material response. This pipeline standardized PBR compliance across productions, reduced manual rework, accelerated look-development iterations, and significantly improved production efficiency and overall ROI.

 

Substance Designer Pipeline

Designed and executed a robust Substance Designer–based material pipeline integrated into the asset production workflow. Developed scalable, parameter-driven procedural material libraries aligned with PBR standards, enabling consistent material reuse across assets. Optimized the look-development and texturing process for the asset team by standardizing texture outputs, resolution control, and shader compatibility, resulting in improved material fidelity, faster iteration cycles, and highly realistic, production-ready render outputs.
